You do not need to do anything else. If you sent photos and a rough size, we probably have enough to give you a real answer on the first reply rather than a list of questions.
What happens next
Your message has a route through the shop
Nothing gets lost behind a shared inbox or forwarded around. Three things happen in order, and the whole thing usually takes a day or two.
01. Rosa reads it first
She checks the details against the workshop schedule and works out whether the job is a fit and roughly when we could get to it. Anything urgent gets flagged and put in front of Tomas the same morning.
02. You get a real reply
Usually within one business day. It will be a person writing it, not a template. Expect either a straight answer with a rough price range, or a short set of questions about the room and the wall.
03. We book the measure
If it looks right, we agree a time to come out with a laser and a template board. That visit is free inside greater Sydney, and you get a drawing and a fixed price afterwards.

If you would rather not wait for the reply, the two things we actually build are written up properly. Both pages cover materials, sizes, prices and how the build runs from drawing to install day.
It is also worth knowing that the quote is fixed once you sign off on the drawing. If we underestimated the material or took too long in the shop, that cost sits with us, not you.

What we do with the details you sent
Your name, contact details and room notes sit in the workshop inbox and get used for your quote and nothing else. We do not sell lists, we do not run a mailing list, and nobody outside the six of us reads them. If you want anything deleted at any point, say so and it is gone the same day.
